Once your transaction is verified and dispatched, you will be issued a Master Tracking ID. You can enter this ID on our dedicated Tracking page to monitor your acquisition's journey through its four stages: Pending, Confirmed, Shipped, and Delivered.

We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the piece remains in its original, unworn condition with all tags and certificates intact. Bespoke and customized pieces are considered final sale.
