All sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges.

Every piece is inspected in our atelier before it is dispatched. Bespoke and private commissions are made for one person and are final sale from the moment the commission is confirmed.

If a piece arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the piece and its packaging, and we will make it right.

Every piece ships with a physical Certificate of Authenticity. It names the piece, the metal and its purity, and the stones set in it.

The certificate is a document, not a seal or a mark. Keep it with the piece.

Every piece is described exactly: the metal and its purity, and for each stone its type, carat and grade where graded. Lab-grown or treated stones are always stated as such.

Metal and stone descriptions follow the FTC Jewelry Guides (16 CFR Part 23) in the United States and the Precious Metals Marking Act and Regulations in Canada. Where a description on a product page is unclear, contact us before you buy.

We ship to Canada and the United States only.

Sales tax applies to orders to Canada and the United States. The amount depends on the destination province, territory or state and is confirmed with you before you buy.

Prices are shown in Canadian dollars or United States dollars according to the region selected at the top of the page.

Private commissions are made on request. Write to us through the Contact page with what you have in mind; we will reply with what is possible, in what metal and stones, and at what price.

A commission is final sale once confirmed. It ships with its own Certificate of Authenticity.

We keep only what the site needs to serve you.

When you create an account we store your name, email address and password (the password is stored as a one-way hash, never as typed). You may add a phone number and a delivery address to your profile. When you buy a piece we store the pieces bought, the delivery address, your email address and the delivery method. When you save a piece to your wishlist we store that choice. When you write to us through the Contact page we store your name, email address and message. When you enquire about a piece we also store which piece it is and, if you give it, your phone number. When you ask for a private viewing we store your name, email address, the piece, whether you prefer in person or by video, any times you suggest, and anything you write to us. When you join the newsletter we store your email address, the consent sentence you agreed to and when, the page you joined from and your region (Canada or the United States).

We do not take payment on this site.

The site sets one cookie, user_currency, to remember whether you are shopping in Canadian or United States dollars. Your browser also keeps your guest wishlist and, after you sign in, your session, on your own device.

We do not sell your details. They are shared only with the services needed to host this site, to suggest an address as you type it and to deliver your order. To see, change or delete what we hold about you, write to us through the Contact page.
